Designed and implemented a creative visual merchandising strategy while creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store. Presented design ideas to the management for approval and also conferred with the management and key branding personnel to understand the visual merchandising needs. Developed and implemented a budget constraint for the visual merchandising project while carefully evaluating the efficiency of the design by analyzing financial and non-financial KPIs and recommending changes as required. Measured the impact of merchandising action plans and issued weekly reports to the Manager with photographs, comments, and measurements of sales impact.
