Prepare Work Orders, Wiring Diagram, Control panel layout & Estimate BOM with required accuracy and within deadlines. Responsible in preparation of descriptive report and technical data for HVAC unit UL Certification Design and development of electrical part of Standard and customized HVAC Products. Selection of appropriate material as per project specification and design guidelines. Select alternate material from existing inventory stock and to enhance delivery. To verify the wiring diagram prepared by draftsman during order processing. Providing Technical data for projects submittals to sales. To follow up with OPT/Sales team for all work order related issues. Catalogue Preparation, IOM. Prepare Technical Data Sheet & Specification. Providing Technical data for projects submittals to sales. Prepare Item Codes as per Item Nomenclature. Check and evaluate Selection Software and Catalogue Ratings. Prepare data base required for software development. Modify and customized the product as per customer requirements through CRF (Contract review form). To perform value engineering to make project more profitable. Preparation of comparison data with competitor’s product. Communicate with suppliers for technical compliance of new items.

 Collaborate with the Architects, Structural, Mechanical, Sanitary and Fire Protection Engineers to come up with the most reliable, innovative, sustainable and cost effective design for a variety of projects to meet the client’s expectations. Communicate with clients and contractors.  Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, fire detection and alarm system design, security, CCTV, Voice/Data communication, and Public Address and background music system to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and client requirements.  Preparation of Load Schedule, Voltage Drop and Single Line Diagram, Substation detail drawings, shaft co-ordination drawings for Electrical Services, RCP Layout Drawings for MEP Services.  Design the cable size for MDB’s, SMDB’s and final DB’s.  Coordinate and direct manufacturing, installation, maintenance, testing, support and documentation to ensure adherence to the technical specifications, National Electrical Code, the Philippine Electrical Code, National fire Protection and the costumer’s requirement.  Inspect and review completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to the intended design and equipment specifications, and further compliant with the operational and safety standards.  Review shop drawings, supplier drawings and technical submittals.
