 Inspect and assess the quality and strength of welded joints.  Documentation of daily fit-up and weld visual reports.  Conducts welder qualification test (WQT).  Documentation of WPS and PQR.  Assisting the clients for NDT clearance.  Coordinate with other agencies for performing radiography test, dye penetrant test and PMI on welded joints.  Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for welders.  Final document compilation and submission for getting client acceptance.

Scope of work: Residual mechanical works (piping and structural) works for oxo-alcohol unit in PDPP  Monitor the project execution process and documentation Of daily progress reports.  Preparation of bill of materials as per client specification.  Preparation of test packs as per the client requirements.  Assisting the clients for Mechanical clearance and NDT Clearance.  Fabrication and erection of spools as per the isometric drawings.  Able to interpret the interconnection of process equipment and the instrumentation used to control the process using P&ID.  Able to prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings
