• Preparing of submittal drawing and production drawings as per AADC/ADDC specifications. • Prepare list of materials required for a project and sort out the shortage of materials. • Calculate the busbar weight and quantity required for production and preparing the estimation for ordering the busbar. • Analyze technical data and specifications to determine the Equipment needed for the project • Taking approval from the company management before issuing the drawings to production. • Evaluate equipment suppliers and negotiate purchasing agreements for equipment. • Devise, implement and oversee procurement strategies to meet cost savings targets. • Administer supplier and vendor contracts • Ensure that purchases comply with commercial ,legal and Contractual obligations.

To prepare a standard MEP drawing [electrical ,telephone, drainage , Water and firefighting] which is in accordance with the Government Standards (FEWA Standards). • Estimate total load required by the building and calculate the size wire, MCB, isolator,Bus bar etc. • Prepare proposal and obtain all required authority approvals. • To verify whether the preliminary preparations for MEP system was done according to the MEP drawing approved by government. • Supervising the work on the site as per given drawing. • Follow site progress and evaluate contractor’s performance. • Preparing MEP design and manage client requirements, coordinate between MEP works and Civil works. • Manage contractors & subcontractors agreements. • Troubleshooting the drawings

• Review of Electrical Drawings • Review Electrical Materials/Equipment • Inspect Electrical site works • Inspect Electrical materials at site • Attend site meetings and workshops • Attend Site Inspections • Follow site progress and evaluate contractors performance • Review Operating and Maintenance Manuals • Undertake site walk downs • Provide accurate & timely reports for the Site Manager • Undertake other responsibilities, as requested by the client and Site Manager. • Review Electrical Calculations & Method Statements • Support the rest of the project team to the best of my knowledge and abilities, collaborating towards positive development of the project.
