WELDING  Coordinating all the QC related activities with Client.  Perform Stage-wise Inspection to Final Inspection to ensure compliance to Drawings, Procedures, Codes & Standards.  Verification of Incoming material and review of Mill Test Certicates.  Witnessing Lab Test – Mechanical Test(Tensile & Charpy Impact) & Chemical Analysis  Carryout day today jobsurveillance and inspection activities as per approved QCPs, ITPsand project producers.  Raw material inspection as per applicable code and standard.  Prepare Prequalification Documents.  Prepare Material Approval Request.  Ensure welding is carried out according to the approved WPS  Witnessing in process NDT techniques of welds, MPI, DPT.  Witnessing vaccum box test,oil leak test & water leak test.  Submission QC Dossier / Manufacturing Record Book. PAINTING  Receiving Inspection of Paint Materials & Abrasives.  Blasting Inspection ( Salt Contamination ,Anchor Profile , Dust level).  DFT Checking (Primer Coat, Mid Coat , Finish Coat Inspection) using DFT Gauge.  Maintaining the Daily Weather Monitoring Report.  Hot Dip Galvanizing Inspection as per relevant Standard.  Ensure timely calibration of measuring instruments ( DFT Gauge,Salt Contamination Meter,Surface Profile Gauge,Dew Point Meter,Digital Indoor-Outdoor thermometer.  Witnessing Holiday test.  Witnessing paint PQT ( Pull-Off Adhesion Test).  Submitting Painting Procedure to Client. PROJECT EXPERIENCE  ADNOC PROJECTS  Call-out Contract for ASR Gas Tie-ins in Asab (Packege B).  Construction of Flow lines and Well head Tie-ins installation works ADCO Field Package- B (BAB).  EPC-Works-Modification and strengthening of Habshan piperacks phase -3.  EPC for ASAB Phase II stage -1 project –Diesel Day Tank.  Call- out contract for Buhasa well head remote monitoring & control implementation & construction of Oil Network over Pressure protection – long term  EPC for Call out works Contract for ASR Gas facilities in BAB Package-A.
