Inspecting & checking the permit to work (PTW), Necessary Permissions, Traffic management, ROP Permit, Risk assessment method statement (RAMS), TBT etc. Conducting quality inspections with the contractor's/subcontractor's QA/QC team in accordance with the submitted RFIs to ensure that the results comply with specifications & as per approved ITP. Inspection of all Utilities, future ducts work. Checking the contractors' daily progress reports (DPRs) on a daily basis to ensure that their resources align with the histogram and determine whether they are ahead of or behind the program schedule. OPEX Job Responsibilities: Conducted routine inspections to assess road conditions, ensuring safety and compliance with PDO standards. Planned and scheduled routine road maintenance, repair, and inspection activities in alignment with PDO's operational goals. Managed materials, equipment, and manpower, ensuring efficient use of resources during road maintenance operations. Conducted risk assessments for ongoing projects, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation strategies. Acted as the point of contact between the PDO Roads Team and other departments, contractors, or external parties involved in road-related projects.

Excavation with bench Intercepting ditch, Culverts, Gabions, Floodway, Side Drain, Cut of Wall, Side Slop Protection etc Supervision of excavation and installation of culverts and monitoring the diversion to make sure that the road is passable throughout. Supervision of earthworks such as cut and fills operation, widening of road (benching). Supervision of culverts reinforcement, formwork and pouring. Construction and supervision of culverts, rigid pavement roads, Irish crossings, retaining walls, cutoff walls, approach slabs, underpasses, drains, and slope protection using concrete and riprap.
