Key Responsibilities: Manage & guide production employees which include engineers, supervisors, technicians etc. Production planning Materials planning / ordering Equipments maintenance Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements. Ensure monthly production target is achieved Budgeting (quarterly & annual) Reporting (Output, breakdown, scrap, manhours, improvements etc.) Costing (new product pricing) Workers performance evaluation & appraisal Training workers (Skill & flex Metrix) Quality assurance and quality control Ensure safe work atmosphere Make sure goods are produced on time Hiring employees Process optimization / cost reduction LEAN, 5S & KAIZEN Introducing new tools & machineries Inventory control / management (KANBAN) Solve disputes Support for better designs (cost saving) Push for continuous improvement Ensure company policies are followed Attend meetings technical / non technical Advise the feasible readiness dates for various items with the sales / projects managers Adjust production capacity based on work load Data analysis Maintain database

Products Manufactured: Partition System - Main channel & furring channel, Electrical Accessories - Cable tray, trunking & fittings, Cladding fixing brackets, brick work accessories, plastering mesh etc. Key Responsibilities: Issue job order Assist workers for understanding the drawings Materials planning & requisition Coordinate with sales engineers to understand the priorities and expected delivery dates Monitor all production activities Prepare CNC punching programs using Pro CAM software & Auto CAD Enter orders and update the status in MS excel

Products Manufactured - TMT Bars or rebars with diameter 8mm, 10mm, 12mm 16mm 20mm, 25mm & 32mm. Key Responsibilities: Managing and supervising production activities. Production planning. Preparing daily production schedule, daily production report, daily breakdown and maintenance report. Involves in all maintenance activities and machine assembly works. Coordinates with QC department to maintain high quality of the product. Raw material estimation.
