Experienced Quality Control Inspector with having experience in inspections specifically related to oil & gas and solar powerplant construction projects. The primary responsibilities include monitoring, supervising and appraising the fabrication, construction, maintenance and repair performances of contractors and subcontractors. This involves ensuring compliance with project specifications and evaluating materials and procedures. Beyond inspections, I provide support in the handover of documents and assist in the implementation of safety and environmental protection programs. Responsible for providing data on project progress and maintaining good communication with others involved in the project.

➢ Review of quality assurance plan (QAP) and inspection test plans (ITP). ➢ Verifying received material as per project specification, MTC & ASME Sec II ➢ Witness, evaluation, documents preparation & review for Welding inspections, NDT activities, PMI, PWHT, Hardness testing, Test package clearance, Hydro test, Internal cleaning & Reinstatement on daily basis of jobs. ➢ Familiar with Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID), Isometric Drawing, etc. ➢ Working knowledge in international codes and standards. ➢ Physical dimensional check-up verification as per approved drawing. ➢ Verifies quality progress (KPI & DPR) and prepares daily/weekly progress reports. ➢ Maintain QA/QC records as necessary for tracking of all inspection activities. ➢ Initiating RFI (Request for Inspection) for the daily inspection notification for Client and TPI. ➢ Attending weekly quality meeting and giving feedback to QC Manager. ➢ Surveillance, inspection and monitoring of day to day fabrication activities of the piping, structural and mechanical according to approved drawings ➢ Participate in the preparations of work procedure and work instructions, related to mechanical, welding, NDT activities, PWHT, test packages, punch list clearance, dossier submission (Construction & PRE- COMM) & mechanical clearance (MC). ➢ Conduct PQR, Welder's qualification test, Destructive and Non-destructive test ➢ Witness to the welder qualification (WQT) and monitoring all parameters as per WPS (current, voltage, traveling speed and heat input etc.) ➢ Monitor NDT (RT, UT, MPI and LPT) processes and RT film interpretation. ➢ Witnessing inspection for hydro, pneumatic & sensitive testing according to client released test package. ➢ Verifying the installation of piping system according to isometric and P&ID drawings. ➢ Witness and conducting inspection for reinstatement activities of test completed piping systems. ➢ Responsible for all inspection activities and final documentation as per client requirement
