Ensured onsite hands on daily operation and maintenance activities and tasks are carried out as per the annual plan and schedules. • Serviced and Maintained of screw air compressor, Air Dryer, CO2 Laser Fabric cutting machine, CNC router machines, PLC Automation foam making machines, Pneumatic and Hydraulic lifts and Forklift maintenance. • Maintained and Replaced of Water centrifugal pumps, Mechanical pumps (change bearings, seal replacement). • Assured VFD, HMI,PLC, Electrical control panel wiring, ladder diagram & troubleshooting of electrical and Instrumentation equipment’s (flow, level, temperature sensor etc.,) problem thus eliminating chronic E&I issues. • Verified checklist procedures, data collections and route cause analysis to prevent breakdown.
