Excellent knowledge on operations and maintenance of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, Airhandling units, fan coil units, package units, split units.  Operations and maintenance of potable water pumping systems, air-compressors, air-dryers, calorifiers, heatexchangers, pressurization systems, water filtration systems, water tanks etc.  Providing technical support to customers, and partnering with users to develop and implement solutions.  Responsible and ensuring PPM carried out as per CAFM schedule, Applicable standard and Health safety procedure  Preparing the invoice documents, KPI Reports and Utility consumption files  Preparing and submitting the risk assessment and facility improvement plan to the client for project variation  Design and provide maintenance supervision and launching services such as regular inspection, weekly progress meeting, supervise planned preventive maintenance programs, corrective maintenance etc.  Responsible for provision of manpower and material resources and ensure deployment of qualified / trained manpower on timely manner.  Attend Management Review Meeting of the Quality & HSE Management System.  Establish quality objectives and implement quality plan / procedures and to ensure its full compliance.  Implement Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Policy  Arrange the purchase of all spare parts, materials and supplies as may be required to perform the Service.  Ensure the preparation of all relevant risk assessments, facility improvement plan, documentation, pre-planned maintenance programmes, policies etc.  Responsible for suitable microbiological sampling programme for the domestic water system, steam boiler water system, swimming pools, chilled water system and condenser water system.  Monitoring the water quality, understanding water treatment analytical reports and carries out infection prevention and control measures.  Preparation of Scope of work and specifications for various services in co-ordination with client and invite tender for works required, query clarifications and reporting on Landlord returns and recommending an appropriate course of action.

Implementation and monitoring all mechanical related works at site as per project specification and authority/international standards.  Documentation of the Conduct Testing inspection process for a variety of tasks including the light test for ducts, underground chilled water piping system, and hydro test.  Ensure that all works done are in accordance with approved construction and MEP drawings, contract documents, project specification etc.  Supports, assists, and ensure the liaison with the other Project Team members as applicable in HVAC discipline.  Follow up the HVAC installation works on Site to ensure correct installation according to the approved Work Method Statements and Issued for Construction drawings.  Ensure all tie-ins within discipline scope required from the company are completed and ready for Hook-up/installation in accordance with schedule/quality.  Evaluate and Identify Mechanical Layouts/Systems deficiencies. Recommend necessary options/modifications for improvement.  Attend meetings and site visits with Clients/End-users in preparing Initial Assessment and the project Scope of Requirements (SOR).  Support the senior project team in the overall implementation of the HVAC engineering strategy and framework for the designated project.  Develop Bid Documents, including project specifications and detailed engineering drawings utilizing AutoCADPerform technical studies of complete HVAC systems.  Perform basic engineering for projects as assigned for HVAC and Plumbing.  determines project scope, and identifies project specifications such as cost, time, requirements, available supplemental data, and project construction.  Be fully aware of the Project HSE requirement.  Supports, assists, and ensure the liaison with the other Project Team members as applicable in HVAC discipline.
