I’m working in a large manufacturing plant of Pedrollo nk Ltd for about 6 years. I have to help his craftsman to work. I am responsible for the coordination, maintenance of electrical and electronics monitors as all as new release tasks to customize all based on demand. Smooth development of electrical drawing, Design, BOQ, planning and monitoring of electrical work for new installation a old structure or other electrical related problems such as VFD, PLC, SL, HT, LT, MCC, DB, SDB, MDB, PFI etc. Accountable and transparent work arrangements and keeping the supervisor informed about the project of making Material Request Note (MRN) as per the demand of production. Reports of product acceptance, inspection, quality test and product acceptance are filled in accordance with MRN. Accountable for all kinds of local and foreign suppliers sourcing, procurement planning, budgeting, cost analyzing, goods procuring, and inventory monitoring Maintains a professional relationship with suppliers, Collects materials samples from the supplier, and conducts an effective market survey for cost-effective procurement. Ensuring inventory at the right time, creating schedule for daily electrical panelboard production. Conduct, monitor, and train a department of 10 technicians and 4 engineers. Final QC is done before the finished product is delivered to the warehouse. Daily monthly active report submitted to head of engineering department
