Manage the overall operational, budgetary and financial responsibilities and activities of the payment center. Plan and implement system that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goalsof the payment center efficiently and effectively. Plan, evaluate and improve the efficiency of the business processes and procedure to enhance speed, quality, efficiency and output.

Manage the Electrical/Telecom project team and manage several concurrently, typically for two(2) or more pro conceptual design through production. Assist the PM on staff scheduling and team management Take the initiative and incur responsibility for the project(s) and to ensure schedules are met or exceeded by team performance Take responsibility for understanding the specific requirements of the Royal Commission Coordinate, communicate and work out differences independently with other disciplines assigned to the same projects and keep the Project Manager informed on all aspects of the projects

Generate clear concepts, study alternatives solutions, foresee and anticipate future issues and advise superiors accordingly. Responsible for managing the design team to carry out a project. Generate and develop details which are consistent with the design concept provided by Senior Designer, Project Manager or others. Work in a team and communicate effectively. Periodically perform some of Lead Electrical Engineers duties with a minimum amount of direction. Review and redline documents and direct junior staff. Self-motivate, have efficient work habits and takes initiative on completing tasks. Prepare electrical design works involving the application of engineering principles for systems such as low and medium voltage power network, substation and illumination.
