 Develop and implement sustainability criteria in supplier selection.  Promote environmentally friendly and socially responsible procurement practices.  Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.  Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.  Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.  Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.  Assess, manage and mitigate risks.  Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.  Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.  Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.  Importing materials for the restaurants of the hotel.  All Annual Maintenance Contracts and Job orders preparation, negotiation and finalization.  Source and procure OS&E (Operating supplies and equipment) required for day to day operations.  Manage the procurement of FF&E (Furniture, fixtures and equipment) for various projects.  Implement quality control measures to ensure that procured good & services meet established standards.
