Assistance in scheduling, planning and execution of the maintenance of all mechanical process rotator and stationery Equipment’s at site.  Maintain Rotating Equipment such as Centrifugal Pump, Reciprocating Pumps, and Compressor etc.  Maintain static Equipment such a storage tank, piping valves, etc.  Testing & maintenance of HVAC system.  Perform general and preventative maintenance on generators, turbine and Different Type of pumps by cleaning and lubrication. Maintenance and overhauling of fixed and U-Tube heat exchanger.  Maintenance and overhauling of centrifugal pump (Single/Double stage)  Supporting commissioning activities mechanical start-up work.  Providing guidance to mechanical start-up team in different sections i.e. using of vibration meter, flow meter, techno meter and thermometer for startup activities. Lock out age out process.  Communicating with clients to provide explanations and description about work activities.  Cleaning work of pumps strainers when block during operation work.  Monitors all operations for regulatory and safety compliance.  Analyze and record test result and prepare written maintenance work documents.  Familiar to use various kinds of special tools during operations works.  Providing maintenance facilities work during operation testing like Cold hydrostatic test, Secondary hydrostatic test, integrity leakage rate test, structural integrity test and hot functional test.  Familiar with (LRM) the testing equipment used for local leakage rate test.  Study of Turbine, Generator, Collin systems, lubrication systems, welding and punch line up of different system before starting the operational test.  Involved in all types of field operations during unit start-up.
