 Review of drawing and providing comments.  Managing and overseeing the superstructure construction for both residential and commercial buildings.  Leading the renovation efforts for residential buildings.  Substructure work for a multistory building, including excavation, plinth beam construction.  Daily site management, which involves supervising and maintaining the site labor force and ensuring project activities align with the project baseline.  Conducting quantity take-offs and performing calculations.  Overseeing material selection, requisitions, and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.  Timely preparation of required reports for documentation purposes.  Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring engineering projects.  Timely preparation of required reports for documentation purposes.  Quality Control (QC) & Quality Assessment (QA).  Labour managing and managing budget.  Ensuring Safety.  Liaising with subcontractor and suppliers.  Conduct on-site inspections, supervision, and interventions to ensure the smooth progress of the construction sites.
