Client: Acwa Power & Masen Projects: 65 MW Noor solar PV Project at Laayoune, Morocco. : 15 MW Noor solar PV Project at Boujdour, Morocco.

• Working experience in the painting, coating quality control and quality assurance in Oil & Gas, Heavy Structural Fabrication protective coating, tanks & Vessels, underground & above ground Pipeline with a wide knowledge and implications in painting/coating application inspection. Monitoring weather specified conditions. • Experience in coating operations, quality management & safety. Painting and coating applications using conventional and airless spray equipment. Auditing of contractor for material, personal, equipment before the commencement of the job and capability of establishing new painting procedures. • . Carrying out surveys for the integrity of Protective coating system. Knowledge of different types of equipment that are used in blasting & familiar with inorganic zinc coatings, polyurethane, fusion bonded epoxy(internal & External) and heat shrink sleeves, liquid coating, Internal liquid coating on field grith joint on pipelines, coal tar epoxy coating, bituminous coating and visco elastic coating( Stopac wrap) • Maintaining the documentation according to approved procedures, preparing method statement and inspection test plan according to clients/ consultant specification • Awareness of the QA/QC parameters that are involved in the job such as batch certificates, test certificates according to the clients / consultant’s specification • Have acquired thorough knowledge in codes & standards for painting/coating industry such as SSPC, BS, ISO and ASTM. • Have acquired knowledge in Saudi Aramco SAES, SAEP, SAMSS, SABP & APCS Coating systems • Using coating system of APCS-2A,2C,2B, APCS-1B, APCS-1C, APCS-104A&104-B, APCS- 113,APCS-6,APCS -26T,APCS-3, APCS-10,APCS-28,APCS-2H,APCS-120,APCS-5B,APCS-1D,APCS-113C
