Interacting with clients & coordinating with their FM team, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.  Cooperating and communicating with the Project Manager and other project participants and collaborating with engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project’s profitability.  Preparing, managing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned projects.  Obtain O&M manuals, wiring diagrams & as-built drawings from the FM team for reviewing and taking corrective measures during PPM.  Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports of projects handled to the line manager.  Inspect and ensure that all the BMS equipment is in line with the SOP.  Profound Knowledge to carry out planned preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, and adjustments to the BMS system to provide operational effectiveness and continuity of service.  Assist Client/sub-contractors in testing & handing over of the BMS system in accordance with compliance and requirements.  Prepare Standard Operating Procedure for HVAC equipment.  Providing After Sales Technical Support for Landis+Gyr (Germany) BTU Meters, Barcol-Air (Netherland) VAV and Tosibox (Finland) IOT Device throughout Middle East and India.  Responsible for product demonstration testing, installation, and troubleshooting.  Testing and Commissioning of Landis+Gyr BTU Meters and Barcol- Air VAVs.  Site inspection during installation of BTU meters and VAVs and ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendation.  Prepare inspection reports and coordinate with System Integrators in case of fault rectification.  Maintain good relationships with clients and customers.
