➢ Managing different work field subcontractors and leading a workforce of 600, site engineers and supervisors, perform as In charge for structural and finishing works ➢ Plan, monitor and control execution of work on site and verify compliance with approved Shop-drawing, specification, Construction schedule and approved Method Statements ➢ Prior to start a new activity complete the Activity Pre- Start Planning, submit the form to the Construction Manager ➢ Verify completeness and compliance of work with the acceptance criteria prior to submission to the Quality Department according to relevant Inspection / Test Plans including subcontractors work. ➢ Conduct meetings with the Clients and Project teams, identify possible problems that might occur during the course of construction and its recommendation and corrective actions to be implemented. ➢ Maintain at all-time site dairy, recording daily site activities and any circumstances that have adverse effect on the Project ➢ Supervise, monitor and inspect contractors' work during the contract execution to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of contract, and report any discrepancy between contract and actual work to the Design & Engineering Services Manager ➢ Interpret construction drawings and study the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs. ➢ Responsible for prior planning and the identification of critical material essential for the project construction, identifying ongoing project risks, mitigating risks. ➢ Involved in coordination with third party (batching plant/ testing agency) for in time delivery of concrete, concrete and grout sampling, soil sampling & field density testing. ➢ Managed direct workforce and subcontract activities in consultation with the Project manager and Project Superintendent. ➢ Experience includes coordinating with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and other specialized consultants for finalizing site works related issues. ➢ Possess a clear understanding of the industry and technology trends with distinction of instituting quality control techniques to achieve project excellence at the lowest overall cost. ➢ Establish, maintain and develop effective working relationships with service users, operational teams, delivery partners and colleagues. ➢ Planner with expertise in formulating plans to ensure achievement of successful completion of turnkey project goals & establishing new systems for improving processes.
