Recruitment Include and assist in the overall recruitment strategy, recruitment budget planning, recording and headcount planning for annually. Conduct end to end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering) and offerings for mainly sales and front office positions as well as non-managerial level positions. (70% Front Office, 30% Back Office) Meeting & interview arrange/facilitate for all position candidates with respective interviewers, ensuring meeting rooms are available and go smoothly. Arrange and host job fairs and recruitment days together with the team for diversify the sourcing channel based on position. End to end creation of recruitment and turnover analysis by each department annually. Onboarding Overtook all the onboarding process of all new hires ensuring their 1st day experience goes smoothly as well as the employee orientation event restructuring and hosting in timely manner. Create an HRIS profile for the new hire before joining to ensure smooth onboarding and work device readiness. Sending out welcome email to every new hires before joining to virtually introduce with the line manager. Be present and tour around the office on the 1st day of each new hires. Conduct a short briefing of HR orientation on the 1st day and introduction to team and colleges. Arrange and conduct a 2 Days orientation program timely in away every employee is covered on the content during probation.Background checking and reference checking (using Cisiveservice & Fiserve)Keeping in track and ordering of onboarding gift materials.
