Internal Communications Specialist

To operate and execute Internal Communications activities, in order to ensure and deliver on the Department’s mandate and that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for
- Undertake day-to-day operations to deliver internal communication activities
- Support in developing internal communication programs and methods to ensure proper awareness of STA’s mission and purpose
- Execute STA internal events such as Town Halls, and National Holidays celebrations
- Participate in planning, drafting and publishing regular newsletter
- Ensure employee awareness regarding STA activities, initiatives and performance through internal communications channels
- Draft internal communication content distributed through digital and traditional channels and ensure quality standards are fulfilled
- Revise STA’s internal events and workshops content materials and align it with the department requirements and standards
- Introduce the internal communication tools to STA employees to drive a culture that focuses on two-way flow of information
You will need
- 0-2 years of experience in Internal Communication or other relevant fields
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
