About the job

Manage all post move-in, tenant related activities including renewals for the designated residential portfolio. This involves cultivating positive relationships with tenants to improve their overall living satisfaction, thereby facilitating timely lease renewals and increased tenant retention rates. The role entails ensuring that lease renewals adhere to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while consistently meeting the performance targets on a monthly basis.

• Manage the assigned residential portfolio effectively, ensuring an improved overall living experience with our tenants is met by timely response to tenant related queries and concerns.
• Timely renewal of leases within the designated residential portfolio, by ensuring the set KPI’s & SOP’s are followed effectively while ensuring the highest customer experience standards are met consistently.
• Monthly targets are met consistently towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and objectives.
• Promote and maintain a corporate culture that promotes teamwork, loyalty and transparency.
• Being up to date with the market in terms of Leasing rates, promotional offers of Competitors, RERA Index & regulations on Tenant and Landlord rights ,for the assigned portfolio.
• Timely renewals for designated residential portfolio by achieving monthly/annual retention & revenue targets.
• Keep up-to-date with the market trends, upcoming property developments, rental prices, sizes, features and amenities provided.
• Keep up to date with the RERA regulations on rent increases and applicable laws relating to renewals for all related locations
• Market awareness on best practices followed for cases related to payment defaults,terminations, violations & breach of contractual terms.
• Effective communication & response to tenant’s queries and concerns in a timely manner by cultivating positive relationships with tenants to improve their overall living experience and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with relevant internal/external entities for all matters related to leasing units/buildings.

Requirements:

> Arabic Speakers preferred
> Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or in a relevant field.
> Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience mainly in property management.
> Dubai Market experience (non-freehold + freehold) is essential.
> Working knowledge of residential leasing agreements.
> Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
> Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
> Well versed with CRM systems (for managing leads ).
