Position: Sr. HR Executive-Payroll
Location: Ahmedabad
- Managing and processing the organization’s payroll, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Generating and distributing payroll reports to management and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll, including tax laws, labour laws, and employment standards.
- Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
- Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
- Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
- Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance
- Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making
- Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries
- Proven working experience as Payroll Executive
- Should have taxation experience
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, Payroll Software and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
- Must have taxation experience.
- Should have HR Degree.
