Job Description
As People & Talent Executive, we rely on you to:
- Drive and assist in interactive internal communications for employee engagement activities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates for open positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to source and identify potential candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the overall hiring process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing new strategies
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits and other HR-related matters Coordinate with each department and ensure accuracy of the time & attendance processing every payroll cut-off
- Contribute to the development of employee handbooks, manuals and other resources Collect data and prepare HR reports as required
- Oversee office management
Requirement for the role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment channels and techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written (English & Arabic)
- Has a structured approach, analytical reasoning
- High attention to detail
- Team player and ability to multitask
