Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, process and analyze credit life insurance claims to determine coverage eligibility and policy compliance.
- Conduct thorough investigations into the validity of claims, including verifying documentation and assessing relevant information.
- Collaborate policyholders, and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure accurate claim processing.
- Evaluate claim submissions against policy terms and conditions to determine the appropriate course of action.
- Communicate claim decisions effectively to policyholders and provide timely updates on claim status.
- Handle claim disputes or discrepancies with tact and professionalism, striving to achieve fair and equitable resolutions for all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate claim records, documentation, and reports in accordance with company policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit life insurance claims management
