Job Description:
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, playing a key role in shaping the company’s culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Contribute to organizational development and talent management initiatives.
Recruitment and Staffing:
Lead and coordinate the recruitment and selection process.
Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective hiring.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Address employee concerns and promote effective communication.
Performance Management:
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs.
Support employee development and career progression.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure effective communication to staff.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to the benefits package.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
