R&D Engineer

Job Description

The R&D Engineer is responsible for researching, developing, testing, and improving advanced engineering technologies and products.
The role supports innovation through engineering analysis, experimentation, prototype development, testing, and technical problem-solving.
The engineer collaborates with specialists across engineering disciplines to develop solutions that meet performance, reliability, safety, and efficiency requirements.
The position contributes to technology development and the transition of successful concepts toward production or operational implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and engineering studies related to new technologies and product development.
Develop concepts, prototypes, models, and engineering solutions.
Perform technical analysis, simulations, calculations, and experimental investigations.
Plan and execute laboratory, component, and system-level testing.
Analyze test results and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
Investigate technical challenges and develop innovative engineering solutions.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, materials, manufacturing, and other specialists.
Support technology readiness and transition of successful developments into production.
Evaluate new materials, manufacturing technologies, tools, and engineering methods.
Participate in technical reviews, design assessments, and development programs.
Maintain technical documentation, development records, and engineering specifications.
