Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of materials, components, information, and services across the supply chain.
The role coordinates procurement, supplier performance, inventory, logistics, planning, and material availability to support operational requirements.
The manager works closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to minimize supply risks and maintain continuity of production.
The position focuses on cost efficiency, delivery performance, supplier development, resilience, and continuous supply chain improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage supply chain strategies aligned with business and operational requirements.
Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery, capacity, and commercial commitments.
Coordinate procurement and material planning activities with relevant teams.
Ensure required materials and components are available to support production schedules.
Identify and mitigate supplier, logistics, inventory, and supply continuity risks.
Manage inventory levels and develop strategies to reduce excess and obsolete stock.
Negotiate and manage supplier agreements in coordination with procurement teams.
Develop strong relationships with strategic suppliers and key business partners.
Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvement initiatives.
Support supplier audits, development programs, and corrective action plans.
Monitor logistics and delivery performance to ensure materials arrive on schedule.
Develop contingency plans for critical materials and supply chain disruptions.
