Quality Control Inspector
Job Description
The Quality Control Inspector will inspect vehicles, automotive components, repair work, and operational processes to ensure they meet established quality, safety, and technical requirements. The role involves identifying defects, documenting non-conformities, supporting corrective actions, and helping maintain consistent service and product standards. The inspector will work closely with technicians, workshop managers, engineering teams, suppliers, and other operational departments. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of automotive inspection procedures are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect vehicles, components, repairs, and finished work against quality requirements.
Identify defects, deviations, technical issues, and workmanship problems.
Perform visual, mechanical, dimensional, and functional inspections as required.
Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
Investigate recurring quality problems and identify potential root causes.
Work with technical teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Verify that completed repairs meet manufacturer and company quality standards.
Support audits, quality reviews, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Monitor compliance with safety, technical, environmental, and operational procedures.
Report significant quality issues to management and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
