DevOps / Cloud Engineer

Job Description

The DevOps / Cloud Engineer will help build, operate, automate, and continuously improve Visma’s cloud infrastructure and development environments.
The role focuses on cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, security, and operational reliability.
The engineer will collaborate with software development teams to enable efficient and reliable application delivery.
The position requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, automation, infrastructure-as-code, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
Implement infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
Automate deployment, configuration, monitoring, and operational processes.
Monitor cloud environments and proactively identify performance or availability issues.
Implement appropriate cloud security and access-control practices.
Support containerized applications and orchestration platforms.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, deployment, and production issues.
Improve system reliability, scalability, availability, and disaster-recovery capabilities.
Collaborate with developers to improve application deployment and operational processes.
Maintain infrastructure documentation and technical standards.
