Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will support the reliability, availability and safe operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance across production equipment, utilities and associated engineering systems. The technician will troubleshoot equipment problems, execute maintenance activities and ensure accurate documentation of work performed. Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment problems.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize manufacturing downtime.
Inspect machinery, utilities and facility systems for potential failures.
Execute maintenance work according to approved procedures and schedules.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
Support equipment qualification, commissioning and periodic maintenance activities.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams during equipment interventions.
Identify recurring equipment failures and participate in root-cause investigations.
Maintain critical spare parts and support equipment reliability programs.
Follow GMP, safety, environmental and site maintenance requirements.
