Process Engineer

Job Description

The Process Engineer supports the design, operation and optimization of oil and gas processing and production facilities. The role focuses on maintaining safe, reliable and efficient processing systems while improving production performance. The engineer evaluates process conditions, identifies bottlenecks and develops technical solutions. Close cooperation with operations, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and HSE teams is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize oil and gas processing systems.
Develop process simulations, calculations and engineering studies.
Identify production bottlenecks and recommend improvement measures.
Review process equipment performance and operating conditions.
Prepare and update process flow diagrams and process documentation.
Support plant modifications, upgrades and optimization projects.
Investigate process deviations and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure process designs meet applicable safety and environmental requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams.
Prepare technical specifications, reports and recommendations for management.
