Job Description

Responsible for ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the flight.
Provides professional onboard service while following aviation safety and company procedures.
Assists passengers with boarding, seating, baggage, meals, and special requirements.
Handles onboard situations calmly and contributes to a positive travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-flight safety and emergency equipment checks.
Welcome passengers and assist them during boarding.
Demonstrate safety procedures and emergency instructions.
Provide food, beverages, and other onboard services.
Assist passengers with special needs and requests.
Respond professionally to passenger concerns and complaints.
Maintain cabin cleanliness and service standards.
Complete required flight reports and documentation.
Handle emergency situations according to established procedures.
Coordinate with pilots and ground staff when required.
