Job Description

The Cabin Crew Member is responsible for delivering safe, friendly, and professional service to passengers throughout their journey onboard Color Line vessels. The role focuses on creating a welcoming travel experience while supporting passenger comfort, safety, and satisfaction. The position works closely with reception, restaurant, housekeeping, and other onboard teams. Strong communication, flexibility, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome passengers onboard and provide professional customer service throughout the voyage.
Assist guests with general inquiries, directions, onboard facilities, and travel information.
Support passenger safety procedures and follow all applicable onboard safety requirements.
Monitor passenger areas and report safety, security, or service-related concerns.
Assist with boarding, disembarkation, passenger flow, and other operational activities.
Coordinate with reception, hotel, restaurant, housekeeping, and other departments.
Handle guest complaints professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, hospitality, and service.
Provide information about onboard facilities, activities, restaurants, shops, and services.
