Job Description

The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator supports the movement and availability of materials, components, and aerospace products throughout the manufacturing supply chain. The role coordinates suppliers, warehouses, transportation providers, production teams, and internal stakeholders. The position focuses on maintaining material availability while controlling inventory, transportation costs, and delivery performance. Strong organizational and communication skills are required to manage time-critical aerospace supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate material planning, transportation, warehousing, and delivery activities.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
Track inventory levels and support efficient stock management.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and shortages.
Work closely with production teams to ensure materials are available when required.
Investigate supply delays, shortages, damaged shipments, and logistics issues.
Maintain accurate supply chain, inventory, and shipment records.
Support supplier performance monitoring and logistics improvement initiatives.
Coordinate customs, shipping documentation, and transportation requirements where applicable.
Analyze logistics KPIs and identify opportunities to improve cost, delivery, and efficiency.
