Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing machinery, production equipment, and associated systems.
The role is responsible for minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring machinery operates safely and reliably.
The technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance and support production teams during equipment-related issues.
The position requires strong technical troubleshooting skills and adherence to safety, maintenance, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and other equipment faults.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance requests.
Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures.
Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment history.
Replace defective components, parts, sensors, motors, bearings, and other equipment elements.
Support equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement activities.
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards at all times.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain appropriate spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
