DevOps Engineer

Job Description

The DevOps Engineer will support the automation, deployment, monitoring, and reliability of Nokia’s software platforms and technology environments.
The role focuses on integrating development and operations practices to enable faster, safer, and more reliable software delivery.
The engineer will work with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring solutions, and container technologies.
The position requires strong knowledge of automation, cloud infrastructure, software delivery processes, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operational processes.
Manage and support cloud-based infrastructure and development environments.
Implement containerization and orchestration technologies where appropriate.
Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot deployment failures, infrastructure issues, and production incidents.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, security teams, and system administrators.
Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration-management practices.
Strengthen system security, availability, scalability, and disaster-recovery capabilities.
