Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator will coordinate the movement, storage, and timely delivery of automotive vehicles, parts, materials, and related goods.
The role involves working with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, dealerships, and internal teams to maintain an efficient supply chain.
The position requires accurate planning, shipment tracking, documentation management, and effective resolution of transportation issues.
The coordinator will help ensure logistics activities meet cost, delivery, quality, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of automotive parts, materials, and vehicles.
Monitor transportation schedules and ensure timely delivery to required locations.
Liaise with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, dealerships, and logistics partners.
Track shipments and provide updates on delivery status and potential delays.
Prepare and maintain logistics, shipping, inventory, and transportation documentation.
Investigate delivery discrepancies, damaged shipments, and transportation issues.
Coordinate warehouse activities to support efficient material flow.
Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency.
Ensure shipments comply with company procedures and applicable transportation regulations.
Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
