Cloud Engineer

Job Description

The Cloud Engineer will design, implement, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure and services across Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The role focuses on building secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-effective cloud environments to support business and digital applications.
The engineer will collaborate with software development, DevOps, cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure teams.
The position will also contribute to cloud migration, automation, monitoring, performance optimization, and cloud governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using Azure and/or AWS services.
Deploy and manage virtual machines, containers, storage, databases, and networking services.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools.
Implement cloud security, identity, access management, and network controls.
Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, capacity, and reliability.
Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and resolve operational and performance issues.
Support migration of applications and workloads from on-premises environments to the cloud.
Optimize cloud resources and costs while maintaining performance and availability.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
