Oracle ERP Supply Chain (SCM) Functional Specialist

Job Description

The Oracle ERP Supply Chain (SCM) Functional Specialist supports the configuration and effective use of Oracle ERP supply chain modules within the organization. The role works closely with procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, maintenance, and business teams to translate operational requirements into ERP solutions. The specialist analyzes business processes and recommends improvements that increase supply chain efficiency and data accuracy. The position also provides functional support, testing, documentation, and coordination for Oracle ERP enhancements and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional support for Oracle ERP Supply Chain Management modules.
Analyze procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and supply planning requirements.
Configure Oracle SCM functionality according to approved business processes.
Gather requirements from supply chain stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
Investigate and resolve ERP incidents, transaction errors, and process issues.
Coordinate integration requirements between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems.
Develop and execute functional test cases for system changes and enhancements.
Support Oracle ERP upgrades, patches, implementations, and rollout activities.
Prepare functional documentation, process maps, and user training materials.
Monitor master data quality and support corrective actions.
Work with technical teams, business users, and Oracle implementation partners.
