Job Description

The Technical Content Writer will create clear, accurate, and engaging technical content for Lumel Technologies’ products, platforms, and technology solutions.
The role involves converting complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation for customers, developers, partners, and internal teams.
The writer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, support teams, and subject-matter experts to collect and validate technical information.
The position will contribute to product documentation, knowledge resources, website content, technical guides, and other customer-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and features.
Develop user guides, product manuals, technical articles, FAQs, and knowledge-base content.
Work with engineers and product experts to understand complex technical concepts.
Convert technical information into clear and reader-friendly content.
Research product features, workflows, technologies, and industry topics.
Review technical content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and clarity.
Update documentation when products, features, APIs, or workflows change.
Maintain consistent terminology, formatting, tone, and documentation standards.
Support content requirements for product launches and feature releases.
Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to improve documentation quality.
