Key Responsibilities:

Review website and platform content according to defined moderation guidelines.
Identify inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or restricted content.
Check user-generated content for accuracy and policy compliance.
Review job listings, profiles, descriptions, images, and other web content.
Remove, edit, flag, or escalate content when required.
Maintain accurate records of moderation decisions and actions.
Escalate unclear or sensitive cases to senior moderators.
Monitor recurring content-quality issues and report patterns.
Follow content moderation procedures and quality standards.
Support periodic audits and content quality improvement activities.
