Job Description

Universal Electro-Engineering is looking for a  specializing in Electronic Components to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination activities. The successful candidate will ensure timely procurement of quality electronic materials while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with project requirements. The role requires strong analytical skills, supplier negotiation abilities, and knowledge of electronic components and supply chain processes. The engineer will collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to support uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities
Source electronic components from approved suppliers.
Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
Prepare purchase orders and procurement documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements.
Coordinate with engineering teams on technical specifications.
Track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
Conduct supplier performance evaluations and quality assessments.
Ensure procurement complies with company policies and project budgets.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and inventory records.
