Production Manager – Aerospace

Job Description

Dynamatic Technologies Ltd is looking for an experienced Production Manager – Aerospace Structures to lead manufacturing operations for aerospace structural components. The role involves planning production schedules, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring quality compliance, and driving operational excellence. The manager will be responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining safety, cost efficiency, and customer delivery commitments. This is a leadership position requiring strong expertise in aerospace manufacturing processes and people management.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities for aerospace structure manufacturing operations.
Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently to meet customer delivery commitments.
Manage manpower, equipment utilization, and resource allocation for optimal productivity.
Monitor production performance, quality metrics, and operational KPIs regularly.
Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards, safety regulations, and aerospace customer requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
Control manufacturing costs, reduce waste, and improve overall process efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors and shop floor personnel.
Prepare production reports, capacity plans, and management presentations for operational review
