Job Description

The Data Entry Operator (Inventory) is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records by entering stock transactions into the company’s inventory management system. The role supports warehouse operations by updating inventory movements, verifying stock data, and preparing inventory reports. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are critical to ensuring reliable inventory information. The position also assists with stock audits and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Enter inventory transactions accurately into the ERP or inventory system.
Update stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
Verify inventory records with warehouse documentation.
Generate inventory reports for management review.
Assist during physical stock verification and inventory audits.
Maintain organized inventory files and documentation.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding stock discrepancies.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of inventory data.
Monitor pending inventory transactions and update records promptly.
Support inventory planning and reconciliation activities.
