Job Description

The Die Casting Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring die casting machines to produce high-quality metal components according to production specifications. Key Responsibilities
Operate die casting machines safely and efficiently during production.
Set up machines according to production schedules and technical specifications.
Monitor machine parameters such as pressure, temperature, and cycle time.
Inspect cast components for defects and dimensional accuracy.
Remove excess material and prepare parts for the finishing process.
Report machine malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance technicians.
Maintain daily production records and machine performance logs.
