Job Description

The Fleet Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s vehicle fleet to ensure efficient and timely transportation services. This role coordinates vehicle scheduling, driver assignments, maintenance planning, and compliance with transportation regulations. The executive works closely with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to optimize fleet utilization and reduce operational costs. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in fleet management.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily fleet operations and ensure vehicles are assigned efficiently.
Coordinate driver schedules and route allocations.
Track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.
Respond quickly to vehicle breakdowns and operational disruptions.
Prepare fleet utilization and performance reports.
Work with maintenance teams to schedule preventive servicing.
Identify opportunities to reduce transportation costs and improve efficiency.
