Site Superintendent (Electrical & Instrumentation)
Job Description
The Site Superintendent (Electrical & Instrumentation) manages and supervises all E&I construction activities at project sites. The role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to engineering specifications and quality standards. The superintendent coordinates subcontractors, monitors progress, resolves technical issues, and maintains effective communication with project stakeholders. Strong leadership and site management experience are essential for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily electrical and instrumentation construction activities.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
Ensure compliance with project schedules and quality requirements.
Monitor installation of cables, instruments, and electrical systems.
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce site safety regulations.
Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
