Job Description

The Industrial Robotics Integration & Motion Control Lead is responsible for designing, integrating, and optimizing robotic automation systems used in manufacturing environments. This role focuses on advanced robot programming, motion control, production line integration, and performance improvement. The position works closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, safe, and efficient automation solutions. The ideal candidate combines expertise in industrial robotics with strong project leadership and troubleshooting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and integration of industrial robotic automation systems.
Program and configure robotic arms for manufacturing applications.
Develop and optimize motion control algorithms for precision operations.
Integrate robots with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and vision systems.
Perform system commissioning, testing, and production validation.
Troubleshoot robotic hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and machine regulations.
Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams throughout project execution.
Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, and training materials.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation efficiency.
