The Panel Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator manages the dispatch, packaging, transportation, and delivery of electrical panels to customers while ensuring timely and accurate shipments. The role coordinates with production, warehouse, transport providers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations. Key Responsibilities
Plan daily dispatch schedules based on production completion.
Coordinate packaging and loading of electrical panels for shipment.
Prepare delivery challans, invoices, shipping documents, and transport records.
Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers.
