Job Description

The Helicopter Maintenance Planner / Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure maximum aircraft availability and regulatory compliance. The role develops maintenance schedules, manages work packages, coordinates spare parts, and supports engineering teams during maintenance events. Effective planning minimizes aircraft downtime while maintaining safety and operational efficiency. This position requires excellent organizational skills and knowledge of aviation maintenance planning systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop preventive and scheduled maintenance plans for helicopter fleets.
Coordinate maintenance activities with engineering and flight operations teams.
Monitor aircraft maintenance status and upcoming inspection requirements.
Schedule manpower, equipment, and maintenance resources efficiently.
Track maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion.
